On request, we also offer breakfast in our romantic wooden hut with wood burner, located within the farmhouse premises. An extra of 15,00 € per person will apply.
If you are not interested in a full breakfast in the farmhouse, every day we will be happy to provide you with a breakfast hamper full of fresh produce, like our exquisitely fragrant bread. Subject to order on the previous night, in the morning you will find in front of your apartment door fresh bread, eggs, milk, yogurt and jam, so that you may start your day enjoying a good farmhouse breakfast in private.
Our prices include bed linens, bathroom towels, kitchen towels, final cleaning, sandwich service and Wi-Fi Internet in all holiday apartments.
Children's equipment available free of charge on request.
The prices are per apartment per day.
An extra € 1,75 per day tourist tax will be added for all guests over 14 years of age. Starting from January 1st, 2024 the local tax will rise to € 2,50.
Prices are for a minimum stay of 3 nights per apartment, for a minimum of 2 people.
The holiday apartments will be available from 2.00 pm on the day of arrival. They must be vacated by 10:00 am on the day of departure.
Warning
Invoices can only be paid by cash (up to € 999,99), cheque, postal order, or bank transfer. Credit or debit card payments are not accepted. Bookings will be accepted subject to the receipt of an advance payment (€100.00 per week per apartment) and written booking confirmation.
Cancellations pursuant to art. 1282 of the Italian Civil Code
If you need to cancel your holiday please let us know immediately and we will try to help.
There is no cancellation fee up to 30 days before arrival day. The advance paid is credited, but the amount is not reimbursed. In case of late arrival or early departure, all days booked will still be debited.
If you cancel your booking later than 30 days before arrival day, we will do our best to find other guests. Should we fail to do so, we will be forced to debit to your account the following percentages of the agreed price.

Cancellation due to COVID-19
If you are unable to start your planned holiday here at Bergerhof for a verifiable reason due to the pandemic, the booking can be cancelled free of charge. In this case the deposit payment will be refunded or credited for a future stay.
Cancellation insurance
We recommend that you take the "Gallo Rosso" cancellation insurance at the time of booking. In this way you, will be covered for any possible cancellation fees, and will be able to dream about your holidays without any worries.
